A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with extensive education and clinical experience. They provide comprehensive primary care services to adults and older adults, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medications, and managing complex health conditions.

Leticia Bravo, APRN, DFM, PhD 

Nurse Practitioner

Leticia is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 13+ years in obstetrics and newborn nursing and an MSN from Frontier Nursing University. She has spent 11 years providing internal and family medicine and pediatric care across urban and rural communities. With a Doctorate in Holistic & Functional Health, she focuses on root-cause, integrative, whole-person care. Outside of work, she is a proud adoptive mom and has three exotic shorthair cats.
