  • No. Just let us know their termination date and they are removed that day.

  • We contact the patient directly and ask if they would like to stay on. We then transfer payment to their credit card. Most times they do :)

  • There is absolutely no long-term obligation. Ther is a 30 days' notice to cancel.

  • No. There is only the patient contract that they agree to at enrollment.

Membership with True Access Primary Care gives the employees what they need, personal and convenient health care.

While this is not a substitute for health insurance (many of our members do carry health insurance, and we encourage all of them to do so), it is access to primary health care.

Primary Care for Business:

Regular billing will start the month you enroll regardless of the first visit date:

  • Business owners that enroll at least 5 of their employees at only $110 per month per adult (regardless of age) and $30 per month per child (with a paying adult) pay no enrollment fee. Under 5 employees, the enrollment fee is $100 per employee.

  • Please call for more information, (386) 227-7027. Again, enrollment fees are waived for corporate accounts with over 5 members.

You will NOT be billed today.
