  • Children 0-18 - $30/month* with at least one parent enrollment.
    At this time we are not able to provide routine vaccinations, call to discuss how we can help arrange these for you.

  • Adults $110/month

All new members will pay a one-time enrollment fee of $100. You will be billed today.

Regular billing will start the month after you enroll regardless of the first visit date. You pay for services the month after. For example, you pay for January services in February
